Requirements for lasting results

I really want to help you achieve awesome results, but for this plan to work you MUST be willing to commit to the following:

  • Tracking your food on My Fitness Pal
  • To exercise a minimum of 3 times per week (60mins to 3hours per week)
  • Taking progress pictures and measurements every week
  • Keep track of your steps

I obviously understand life does get in the way and we will work around all social occasions where we can, but I need your commitment to the basics above if we’re going to make a real change.

Your #FFP plan will initially include:

  • Two gym programmes which both have three full body workouts per plan.
  • Two home programmes using kettlebells, dumbbells or bands.
  • A huge range of exercise demos for all exercises so you’re never struggling with what to do.
  • We have 60+ home HIIT workouts with and without kit and with me in real time.
  • If you do your own preferred style of training, eg running, cycling we can work together to include that too!
  • No more wasting time feeling lost & confused.

Instead, you will receive:

  • Three sample meal plans with veggie alternatives.
  • Starting calorie & protein recommendations, these will change depending on your hunger levels & progress within the first week.
  • Two #FFP Cookbooks so you’re never short of inspiration. One cookbook is plant-based.

Nutrition Guidance

FAQ's

I am a pre & postnatal qualified coach.

However, each women’s experience with pregnancy can be different.

So I would ideally prefer to work with you on a 1-1 Elite basis, this would allow us to make sure everything is suited to more your individual needs.

But I still have a lot of mums on the group 8 week plan. Before we start either plan I would like a letter of consent from your doctor to show you are fit to exercise.

A. Nope, just normal everyday food is preferred over supplements.

We do have a topic on supplements to help you understand more about them and when/if they do have a place.

Since 2015 we have had no kit workouts, members have still smashed their goals. So they definitely work. There is no need to buy extra kit unless you would enjoy a weighted workout more.

Relax, remember this programme is planned around you and your lifestyle.

I no longer want you to fear every social occasion or holiday as they are always going to come up time and time again. I want to show you how we can enjoy these occasions and still achieve results.

On my programmes I don’t promote you to follow food plans. So don’t worry, you do not need to start eating things you hate for results…

On the plan you have a calorie and protein targets to aim for, this allows you to still eat the foods you like and enjoy.

We also have cookbooks & some meal ideas to give you some inspo too!

Yes absolutely, I have over 50 home workouts you can do. My home workouts are only 20mins long.

If you can commit to three of these a week you will be sure to still get fantastic results.

Since 2015 we have had home workouts, members have still smashed their goals. So they definitely work.

A. I have worked with many vegetarian’s and vegan’s who still achieve amazing results.

On my programmes I don’t promote you to follow food plans. But we do have meat substitutes on the meal plans for those who wish to change it up.

On the plan you have a calorie and protein targets to aim for, this allows you to still eat the foods you like and enjoy.

We also have a Plant based cookbook & some veggie meals to give you some inspo too!
