Since I started coaching I have met a lot of girls who were unhappy, lacked confidence and wanted desperately to make a change. The problem they faced was the cost of personal training being too high for no guarantee of quick results.

The alternative? Things like fit teas, fat loss tablets, 5:2, juicing, home ‘toners’ and treatments, the list goes on.

Cheaper? Maybe.

But take a moment to consider the hidden costs and whether these are worth it…

  • Obsession over body image and your weight
  • A damaged relationship with food – restricting, binging, anxiety over social events
  • Feelings of failure, upset and disappointment

The cost?

The FFP is a 8 week programme that costs £149

That’s the equivalent to £18.60 a week or £2.60 a day

The cost of a few coffees, 2 fancy cocktails at the weekend, 1/2 of your weekend takeaway or your Mcd’s on a Friday, right?

Or look at it this way… it’s an investment now for a lifetime free from quick fix plans.

What's Included?

Lasting results is my promise to you but you MUST be willing to commit to the following:

 

  • Tracking your food on My Fitness Pal
  • Taking progress pictures and measurements every 2 weeks
  • To exercise a minimum of 3 times per week (60mins-3hours per week)
  • Keeping track of your steps

I obviously understand life does get in the way and we will work around all social occasions where we can but I need your commitment to the basics above if we’re going to make a real change.

Accountability is a big thing when it comes to getting results.
Every week I will also send you a really easy to use online form to help us track progress. I’ll then leave you a personalised response via voice note when it is needed to help you progress. You can also ask questions on our Facebook group at any time.
Remember, you will not be doing this alone – the incredible #FFP community will be cheering you on and I’ll be with you every step of the way.

I know that not all of us can make time to get to the gym each week and how we like to stay active varies hugely from person to person. Your #FFP plan will initially include:

  • Two gym programmes which has three full body workouts per plan. You will receive these on week 1 and week 5.
  • Two home programmes using kettlebells, dumbbells or bands. You will receive these on week 1 and week 5.
  • We have 30+ home HIIT workouts with NO KIT and with me in real time. Or if you do your own preferred style of training, eg running, cycling we can work together to include that too!
  • A huge range of exercise demos so you’re never struggling with what to do.
  • No more wasting time feeling lost & confused.

On the #FFP you will not receive a daily diet plan. Everyone is different and likes different things and remember, it’s all about sustaining this! Instead you will receive:

  •  Three sample meal plans.
  • Starting calorie & protein recommendations these will change depending on your hunger levels & progress.
  • Two #FFP Cookbooks so you’re never short of inspiration. One cookbook is plant based.

You will get access to #FFP membership site with meal ideas and content to teach you more about fitness, nutrition & mindset! Please also remember to join our Facebook community so you never have to feel alone.

 

Some topics we cover:
  • Bodyweight – does it matter? How can you to stop letting it get you down and stalling your progress?
  • How to build your confidence in the gym.
  • How social media can influence our perceptions of body image.

#FFP Graduate

The 8 week #FFP programme will provide you with lots of information and you’ll feel much more confident to continue on alone but if you need more time and support to continue with the good work, you can become an #FFP Graduate!

 

Your #FFP Graduate plan will include:

 

  • Feedback provided when necessary
  • Live fortnightly catch ups
  • Access to and support from the private #FFP Graduate community Facebook page
  • A new training program every eight weeks with new training splits to suit your week more.
  • 1 new #FFP cookbook monthly
