Week 8: The Finisher

8 Weeks done, just like that!! Time goes fast when you are having fun… right?

The 8 week #FFP is not your end point, this is just the first stage and if you continue as you have been, you will continue to make so much more progress in a healthy way!!

Reflect back on all you’ve achieved and learned so far, and start to feel excited about just how much you can accomplish with more time.

Let’s finish this week on a high and at the end of the week I will make myself available for our last live Q&A and to let you all know who won our competition.

This weeks form is a little different as I asks some important questions about your experience on the programme. I will also be sending you your #FFP Certificate so make sure you get your last photos, cm’s and body weight done this weekend.

I cannot wait to show you how well you have done!

How To Maintain Your Progress Beyond The Plan

This video is all about training patterns – why do we train full body in home workouts and in the gym sessions?

It's the last few weeks of the programme. This is the stage where some of us feel we need to fling everything but the kitchen sink at it to see how hard we can go. Doing extra cardio, cutting out alcohol, avoiding any social occasions. It really doesn't need to be this way, each week we've been consistent, each week your body changes. I want this to continue for you for another 6 months, a year. If we make lots of crazy unrealistic changes now, you could lose control. Don't panic, change is occurring and the most important thing.
